^‡Engine keep-clean benefits based on Exxon Supreme+™ premium gas compared to Exxon™ regular gas in port fuel injected engines. Deposit removal, fuel economy and wear benefits based on comparison of Exxon Supreme+ premium gas to gasoline that meets minimum government standards. Wear reduction was measured based on an industry standard lubricant test. Actual benefits are based on continuous use and may vary depending on vehicle type, driving style, and gasoline previously used. Concentration and availability of our proprietary additive package may vary.

^*Exxon Diesel Efficient fuel claims are based on internal and/or third-party engine/vehicle testing, laboratory testing, and/or industry or other scientific literature. Basis for comparison for all claims is versus unadditized diesel. Fuel economy and tailpipe CO₂ emissions testing was performed at independent testing labs in the UK and US using on-road third-party customer trucks using our first generation detergent additive package. Our new second generation detergent additive package is expected to have similar or better cleaning performance compared to the first generation additive package based on internal and/or third-party engine/vehicle testing and laboratory testing. Actual results may vary based on factors such as vehicle type, engine type, driving behavior, and other factors. Exxon Diesel Efficient fuel may be used in other heavy-duty and light-duty vehicles, but 2% average fuel economy improvement claim does not apply. Concentration and availability of our proprietary first and second generation additive packages may vary.
